Reporting a Problem

If you discover a problem that is covered under your home warranty, you must report it in writing to your contractor or builder within six months after you discovered it or should have discovered it. The following form can be used to document and report the loss or damage.

Your Consumer Responsibilities
Homeowners have certain responsibilities such as reporting defects within six months of discovery, operating the house with sufficient ventilation, and maintaining the house properly.
